I am an end unit condo in an area that feels like the country, in fact there’s even a bunch of goats as neighbors! However, we are only 10-15 mins away from the city life! My home has two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms and showers. You are welcome to stay in either. Washer and dryer, private patio and garage to use as you wish. You should have everything that you would need during your stay and if anything is missing there is a Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Costco just 5 mins away!!

Our home is adjacent to Cordonices Park and is up in the berkeley hills. We are a 15 minute walk down to the “gourmet ghetto”, and through our fence you go into the park with the Rose Garden across the way. We can easily drive or hike to Tilden park as well. Our view is of the trees, we listen to birds and kids playing in the park. We have a great bullfrog hot tub and an infrared sauna. The house is multilevel with bedrooms on the top floor, main floor and downstairs floor.
